Mixologia Bar Catering
By booking the services of Mixologia Bar Catering, the client is deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
Mixologia offers professional bar catering services in accordance with the package and agreements outlined in the formal proposal or invoice.
Booking & Payment
Only after receiving the Down Payment (DP) is the reservation officially confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date. All down payments are nonrefundable.
Changes & Cancellations
We strive for perfection! Any changes to event details must be communicated at least 3 days (H-3) before the event. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the down payment will be forfeited.
Alcohol & Responsible Service
At Mixologia, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of excessive intoxication. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary event permits and for the general conduct of their guests.
Damages & Loss
The client is solely responsible for any damage or loss of Mixologia’s equipment caused by guests or third parties associated with the client.
Force Majeure
Mixologia will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
Documentation
We love capturing the magic! Mixologia reserves the right to use photos or videos captured during the event for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the client provides a written objection prior to the event.
